FAQ's

What is included in my rental?

We handle everything! We will deliver, set up, and remove yard cards. All you need to do is enjoy the surprise. We strongly encourage taking lots of pictures and tagging @CardYourYardDubuque on Facebook and Instagram.
DO I Water before set up?

We ask that you water the area at-least 24 hours before set up to insure our stakes are able to go into the ground. Some yards are very hard and rocky. If we are unable to get stakes into the ground, we will issue a refund.
Do I get to keep the yard cards?

No, these signs are a rental. Although, we do offer the purchase of our Bitty Baskets, along with some personalized signs, and we can customize signs for your business, event, sponsorship or political campaign. JUST ASK!!
What if I need signs for more than one day?

We are happy to leave signs for the duration of your event. Each additional day is $20.
Do you offer special rates for realtors, schools, churches, non-profits, and business?

Yes, we would love to discuss this opportunity. Please email CardYourYardDbq@gmail.com and we will assist you in promoting your event.
What if it’s raining, snowing or very windy?

Card Your Yard can be enjoyed rain or shine. If it is snowing heavily or the ground is too frozen to stake; or If weather conditions are in the forecast (rain, wind, lightening, snow, ice, extreme cold), we reserve the right to cancel booking and OR Reschedule. No worries, we will communicate and work with you on the set up!
What areas do you service?

We are currently service Dubuque, Peosta, East Dubuque, Asbury, Epworth. Anything location over our service area radius will require a travel fee. We reserve the right to deny any location outside of our service area, unless previously discussed.
